Signalling Telescope. No.10107". It comes with an additional lens in its own leather case marked "LOW" and the other lens is marked "HIGH". The telescope comes with its original protective leather end caps with buckle to keep them together.

The telescope comes with a folding tripod with adjustable mount, tightened by a wing nut. The telescope mount is engraved "Houghton Butcher MFG Co Ltd. 1917" and it also has the military crows foot.
Fully extended the telescope measures 31" (79cm) and the front lens is approximately 2 1/2" (6.5cm) wide. On the tripod it stands approximately 11 1/2" (29cm) high.

The telescope is in excellent original condition. It has been lightly cleaned and displays beautifully. The tubes are in good order with a couple of small dinks but nothing major and a smooth but firm draw action. The optics through the telescope are good and the lenses are undamaged and generally clean. The leather cases are all in good condition with a nice aged patina. There is some wear on the straps but no breaks or damages.
The best description comes from the photos so please look at them all carefully and if you have any questions just ask.
