Fulham Pottery Arts and Crafts Beaker

1900 - 1920
Description

A lovely Fulham Pottery lemonade beaker decorated in the Arts and Crafts style with applied slip, beadwork and incisions using a blue and brown colour palette. It has an all over leaf and vine design around a central cartouche featuring a HAH monogram. It is dated 1916 to the main body of the beaker, perhaps to commemorate a wedding or special event.

Incised signatures to the base "C.J.W. 1916 CJ Fulham".

It is in very good condition. The colours have remained bright and vibrant and there are no major damages or restoration. There are some minor surface marks and small scuffs on some of the raised beads but nothing detrimental and it displays beautifully.
