Pair of Antique French Side Tables

1900 - 1920
Description

An impressive and beautifully made pair of antique French side tables. They were made in France, & date from around the 1900-1920 period.

The quality is outstanding, they are quite large and have a gorgeous design. The tops have serpentine shaped edges with burr walnut cross banding around the edges. The sides are beautifully inlaid with floral satin wood designs, each side also has a mounted brass rosette. They stand on sabre shaped legs terminating in brass casters, they also have a useful lower tier.

We have had them recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for their age.
