A most handsome late Victorian games board which folds closed to create a games box and could house your chess set and / or backgammon counters.

The board is made from solid Mahogany and beautifully inlaid with Rosewood and Birch and an unusual inlaid border, a wonderful decorative addition.

This would pair well with one of our large Chess sets (items 32374 / 32768).

A handsome and impressive piece measuring 15" x 9" x 3 1/2" tall closed.
