Art Deco Bookends with Figures of Native Americans

Description

An unusual pair of Art Deco bookends with figures of native Americans . Each bookend shows patinated bronze figure of a native American in traditional dress, kneeling and holding a tomohawk. The figures stand on a shaped marble base Unsigned. French c 1925. Excellent original condition. Base 13cm x 8 cm height to top of figure 14cm.
