This is a really beautiful French embroidery of a wonderful floral display arranged in a large trelliswork basket.

The embroidery dates from the early 1800s circa 1830 and is in its original burr walnut frame.

The needlework is finely done and has nice detail and good strong colours.

The frame measures 37 cms by 37 cms overall.
