An elegant Regency mahogany work sewing table.

c1815.

Having a drop-leaf top, over two ebony edged drawers, with matching dummy drawers to the opposing side. Each having ebonised turned knob handles and brass escutcheons. With sliding sewing storage box beneath, in cream fabric.

Supported by elegant ring turned tapering supports.

In good solid antique condition. Expected signs of use. Minor historical repairs to the top. With character and patina. Clean storage box.

Very solid sturdy and strong.

The dimensions are.

Height-74cm.

Width-35.5cm. With leaves-74.5cm.

Depth-51cm.
