Here we have a wonderful example of a 19th century wool work tapestry relating to the Sussex regiment. as you can see the colours are vibrant and the wool work has incredible detail. There are details relating to early battles on the right hand flag and interestingly 4 rare temperance medals to the corner relating to the India campaign. A super example in beautiful condition to grace any collection. The dimensions are approx 66 cm high 63 cm wide.
