Description

Fabulous Anglo-Indian Padouk demi-lune / half-moon console table in excellent condition. The table has a wonderfully pierced back and the edge of the half moon top has low-relief carvings of foliage, flowers and animals. The profusely pierced carvings on both the back and apron feature fruits, flowers and foliage. Supported on four scrolling profusely carved legs toped with a winged mythical creatures united with a superb carved X stretcher. Like all antiques there are imperfections however this is a solid very attractive table that will look stunning wherever it is placed.
