Description

A fabulous pair of French made World War 1 British Officers Military binoculars manufactured by the creme de la creme of makers and signed on both eyepieces, LeMaire, Paris together with the famous "Bee" trademark.

The binoculars are clad in a lovely textured leather remaining in excellent condition, now over 100 years old and a true antique. The leather case measures 5 1/2" x 3 1/4" x 6 1/2" wear commensurate with age and use, marked by the maker, W Swart and dated 1917, the leather also impressed with the British military crows foot mark. Full working order.
