A late Georgian solid mahogany tilt-top table. The table features a rectangular top with slightly rounded edges, showcasing the natural grain and polished finish of the mahogany wood. The tabletop is supported by a single, turned central pedestal that exhibits elegant, symmetrical carvings typical of the Georgian period. The pedestal extends down to a tripod base with three curved legs that end in simple, understated feet. This type of table is designed to tilt vertically for easy storage.
