A Rabone and Chesterman Architects or Surveyors Pocket 100 Ft Measure

This Rabone and Chesterman 100 ft measure is in lovely original condition. It would have been originally carried out and used by an architect or surveyor for measuring on site. It is fully leather bound and stitched with a brass folding handle and tape opening.

The measure is of the larger size, 100 feet in total and is finished in blued and polished steel with one inch divisions separated into eighths.

The original early steel tape measure is rarely found and is in good condition with no kinks. The measure has been well cared for and has a lovely tactile feel and is very pleasing to the eye.
