This is a superb Victorian cased collection of fine butterfly and moth specimens with the most amazing colours. The tropical specimens are in excellent condition and make a fine collection for display. This is one of four matching display cases that are from this excellent 19th century collection that we currently have listed, please see our other items. The massive Atlas moth in this example is an incredible showpiece.

The case measures 38 cms by 30 cms by 6 cms.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
