Puckerings has dated this piece to the 19th Century.
The top of the stand is decorated with an engraved brass mount and various brass pins adorn the wood, (one small pin missing, not noticeable but mentioned for accuracy).
The handle of the bell is also Oak and again the end mounted in brass and studs decorating the sides of the handle.
The bell itself has a bronzed finish on the outside showcasing the pierced mount to the top of the bell.
Very usable, the bell gives a charming ring but with authority!
Excellent condition, with the base measuring 5 1/4" and stands 4 3/4" tall including bell.
