Ideal for storing umbrellas and walking sticks in the hallway. The square shaped stick stand is portioned into two sections, by a dividing oak bar and two moulded rails, which unite the slab sides. The slab sides feature decorative Art Nouveau shaped open carrying handles, with classical floral pierced decorations below. The base of the stand retains its original removable tin drip tray. The stand is raised on turned feet at the front. The Arts & Crafts oak stand is solid in joint and ready to use.

This Arts & Crafts oak stand boasts a golden honey oak colour. As it boasts the original polish, it has a fantastic colour and patination; this can only be achieved through age and years of care and cleaning it has received.

Condition Report:
A fine quality antique English Victorian Arts & Crafts oak stand, of square form, retaining its original tin drip tray, circa 1890, in excellent original condition. Nominal old use marks to the leading edges, but nothing significant considering the age of the item. The hallstand has been cleaned and French polished by hand, to a professional standard, in our workshop. As it boasts the original patination, it has a fantastic colour. The original removable tin drip tray is in good, condition with age-related wear visible. This Victorian stick stand is solid in joint and ready to use.
