A set of 12 ceramic tiles from around 1900 by Craven Dunnill who have been operating since the 1870s. They are a standard 6inch by 6inch size and are in really good condition. It is rare these days to find a set and even more so to find a set of 12. These were removed a number of years ago from a piece of furniture that was being restored sand it was decided they would be replaced with a piece of marble. We have retained them to be used elsewhere but as we intend to close in the next year or so they can be sold.
Detail is good as can be seen and they are clean and almost as if they were delivered yesterday not a 100 years plus ago.
