Description

This handsome Gentleman's plush top hat which is marked to the inside with the maker's marks of Haubry, Troyes, France dates from the early 20th century and is a good size of UK 7 (US 7 1/8).

This nice quality French top hat would make a wonderful topper for a wedding, day at the races, special event, costume or prop.

Makers details as shown inside hat: Haubry, Troyes, France.

Size - 7 UK (US 7 1/8).

Approx Dimensions of hat:

Inside front to back = 20 cm.

Inside side to side = 16.5 cm.

Inside circumference = 57 cm.

Height = 14.5 cm.

Condition: In very good condition with signs of use in keeping with age. Some light wear to the bottom of rim. Inside has some light staining. Leather headband has ripped along the seam a little. Some light bruises around the top. Plush is in excellent condition with no edge wear or damage.

Please note that only the top hat is included. The other items in the pictures are for display only.
