Antique 1920's Nest Of Three Hepplewhite Revival Solid Mahogany Reeded Tables

Beautiful Nest of 3 Solid Mahogany Tables.

A stunning set of tables for guests.

This is a beautiful example of a nest of three Hepplewhite revival solid Mahogany side tables believed to be made around C1920. These descending tables slide out from each-other via runners built into either side of the larger ones. The largest table features a serpentine shaped top with serpentine front tops continuing amongst the two smaller tables. The tables all feature solid Mahogany tops which are triple reeded and descend nicely when stacked. Below the tops is a lovely shaped frieze to the smallest table with a plain frieze to the other sides. The tables all feature the nicest slender turned legs which are all fluted and reeded. The tables all match in colour and feature a lovely rich Mahogany colour with their original deep french polished finish. We have just cleaned and waxed these lovely tables to give a natural shine and enhance their original french polished finish.

These very rare and petite tables are all original (no repairs) and solid with no joint movement, the tops are flat and without any twisting.

Please note; Being an antique item of this age there are obviously marks, scratches and dents however, we feel that these points are which adds to its charm and character. We have left it untouched and as it came in from the previous owner apart from just cleaning and waxing this item.
