Antique Swept Gilt Picture Frame

1900 - 1920
Description

This is a good quality early 20th century gilt swept frame with good detail and in good condition overall.

The frame has been overpainted in an old gold colour in the past but could be rubbed back and regilded fairly easily should you wish.

The frame is a good size measuring 80 cms by 70 cms overall the aperture measures 59 cms by 49 cms and the opening at the back to receive the picture is 62.5 cms by 51.5 cms.
