Here we have a lovely pictorial sampler worked by Mary Ann Tapson, Aged 8 Years 1821, with central religious verse, surrounded with decorative motifs including a Georgian style house, stags, birds, baskets of flowers, dogs, parrots, figures, within a coloured floral border, later framed.
