Mersham Manor Antiques has dated this piece to the 18th Century.
A very elegant George III solid mahogany side or tea table.
c1760.
Originally used in the Georgian era as the name suggests as a table to serve tea. Has a variety of uses for modern day living.
Could be used closed as an elegant side hall table. Great for playing cards or games. Extra space for dining if needed. Or for its original use of serving tea.

There is also a very useful drawer which is of dovetail construction with the most elegant rococo design brass handles which are original to the table.
Standing on square chamfered legs with cantered inner corners.

Lovely aged patination, with a rich warm colour to the mahogany.
Excellent antique condition, minor expected signs of use. Small teeny tiny knock to the wood to the left upper corner of the drawer, this is shown in the picture.

Very solid sturdy and strong.
