A delightful cross banded and inlaid mahogany bijouterie dating from around 1900 It was in Dutton manor in Lancashire and has its original key The elegant tapered legs have inlay and are joined by a raised platform and shaped stretchers The inside is re-lined in maroon crushed velvet but retains its original lining beneath The odd repair commensurate with age .
