This stunning 19th century is lavishly hand painted with an exotic bird and flowers on a green ground. The deep curved rim is painted with gilt scrolls, this decoration extends to the surface of the tray and looks particularly good against the green background.
There are a few minor marks, (these can be seen on the photographs) and are as would be expected on a household item over 150 years old.
This tray, which is a generous size, is ideal for storing or serving drinks and would make a beautiful display feature.
