Imposing Pair of Country House Alabaster Urns

1900 - 1920
Description

A good decorative pair of alabaster urns with great country house appeal dating from around 1920.

The hand carved alabaster has a lovely colour and very nice detail to the classical design. These are quite imposing and substantial in size measuring 76 cms high by 28 cms in diameter.

From the residual contents of Stanhope Castle, Bishop Auckland.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
