A Rare and very useful item, it has a steel frame stamped W F set on a wooden base, the paper roll holder is set behind the heavy serrated cutting edge, so that when you pull the paper from the dispenser, it can be torn neatly from the roll
The Frame of the dispenser is 29” long x 13” high and it is 10” deep
