The finely banded and inlaid top with book-matched veneer framed by elaborate boxwood stringing and centred by an oval quatrefoil inlay displaying an array of exotic timbers. The brass hinged fold-over top reveals a green baized playing surface and frieze storage compartment, standing on an ormolu-mounted serpentine frame and tapering cabriole legs.
