Impressive 7ft Iroko and Oak Kitchen Table

1920 - 1940
Description

Heavy and impressive hardwood kitchen table with a thick, solid iroko top over an oak base. Dating form the second quarter of the twentieth century it was originally a school worktable. Iroko was chosen for work tables because of its stability and resistance to heat and stains. The top is very flat and has no splits or cracks. The base has signs of use but is in very good condition.
