Here we have a wonderful and unique coffee games table made and designed by Andrew Culley Norfolk c1930. As you can see the table has fantastic colour and patina. The whole is made from solid Mahogany and Teak and is of outstanding quality. The table really is a feat of the highest quality cabinet making. The top has carefully chosen timber with super grain. The top twists and a button mechanism rises to push up one of the leaves. The leaves open to reveal an inlaid chess or draughts board in Mahogany and Satinwood. There are leather inserts to the corners so this can be used for cards etc. The top can be lifted off for ease of moving as it is very heavy. Below the top is the stamped signature of Andrew Culley. There are drawers to one side which have beautiful hand cut dovetail joints. There is a an internal space to the other side accessed by a pull down door.
