Beautiful 18th Century Antique Tripod Table with Original Needlework Top

This is a fabulous, Georgian antique tripod side table that has a lovely original bird cage movement upon a gun barrel turned stem that finishes on three shapely legs. All very solid and a lovely colour. The original octagonal shaped top has a superb, decorative 18th century hand stitched needlework, this is overlaid onto mahogany and edge in a gilt braid. The original needlework is in excellent condition with the colours bright. A very lovely English 18th century antique mahogany tripod side table with a more unusual, beautiful needlework table top. Dates to around 1770.
