It sits on finely turned legs with brass casters, the drawers have brass handles & it looks like the drawer bottoms have been replaced more recently. There is a beautiful hand coloured and gold tooled leather writing surface.
This is in great condition for its age, we have just had it re-polished. There are some small marks and indentations beneath the polish here and there, commensurate for age.
