Chinese Hardwood Inlaid Table

Description

This is a superb antique Chinese hardwood inlaid table. The circular top is intricately inlaid with bone depicting soldiers on horseback around a building and a trailing border of plants and insects. It has upright supports with pierced carvings of birds in foliage and the circular base inlaid with bats.

The table has a good warm colour and stands 70 cms tall and 54 cms in diameter.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
