C1900 Arts & Crafts Style 6ft 3"Oak & Beech Extending Kitchen Dining Table

A late Victorian / early Edwardian period, walnut extending kitchen dining table, in Arts & Crafts taste, This charming table constructed in solid oak and beech, with solid beech rectangular top, with canted corners and reeded edge. Oak substructure from the plain frieze and raised on well proportioned square tapered legs with spade feet, on brass and ceramic castors. The top extends by way of winding screw mechanism, with original handle, and additional leaf.

A highly functional table, full of character with age and use related marks and blemishes. In good working condition, and ready for use.

Dimensions:

This table measures approximately 73.5 cm (29") tall, 192 cm (75.5") long extended, 148 cm (58.25") long unextended, and 121 cm (47.75") wide. The additional leaf measures 44 cm (17.25").

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This table is in good working condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally sound and sturdy. A few age and use related marks and blemishes. The mechanism and castors all work well. Ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.

Returns

A 30-day return period is offered for peace of mind. Items must be returned in the same condition as supplied. Return transport costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and original delivery charges are non-refundable. Responsibility for the item remains with the buyer until it has been safely received back.
