Rosewood Breakfast Dining Table C.1840

Description

Mid 19th.c. rosewood breakfast dining table c.1840. Circular 51? diameter table top, big enough to seat six people. With particularly well figured rosewood veneers arranged in a striking symmetrical pattern, laid onto solid mahogany groundwork. Thumb moulded crossbanded edge and a slim apron below. Raised on a turned column pedestal and carved legs all in solid rosewood. Scrolling feet with metal castors recessed below. Top can be tipped to vertical when not in use and is easily removed for delivery. Very good colour and condition, cleaned and waxed in our workshops.
