Here we have a the most outstanding rare two plank Elm refectory dining table c1820. As you can see the table has remarkable colour and patina. The table looks a little yellow in the photos which is due to our downlights but the table is an excellent colour. This is a chance to own one of the best tables we have had through our showroom. As suggested there is a thick two plank Elm top with super grain and colour. The planks have been cut from the same tree and open up to become half matched, one side mirrors the other. The side rails and legs are also solid Elm throughout. At one end there is a solid Chestnut extension or bread board completely original to the table. The extension would allow two places and therefore the table will seat 8 without the extension and 9 with.
