Wonderful Rare 1930’s Mouseman Dining Table Only 1of 9 Ever Made

This early Robert Thompson Mouseman oak table was a special order of only nine tables in this style for Reeds School, Cobham around 1930. We have all the history and background provenance that will given with the table. A lovely size that would work well as a desk as well as a dining table for six people. In excellent, original condition, this early oak Mouseman table has a plank oak top with the earlier pegged joints visible on the table top which has a flat surface, not adzed. The Mouseman table base has well turned column legs on sledge feet bases and then connected by a flat central stretcher. A wonderful early piece of original Mouseman furniture with fabulous provenance and a lovely carved intaglio mouse, the trademark of earlier Mouseman furniture.
