A very desirable example of these early pieces of 17thc furniture, from the reign of Charles 1....this one is even more collectable by the form of its base, known as a "sledge" foot base....the table is a perfect size and is in excellent condition for its age with a fine colour and patina.....I particularly like the tight bobbin turnings to the legs...classic Stuart form of this period..!
