Description

A dark oak, oval top, gateleg small dining table or occasional table, dating from the late C17th to early C18th. With solid well figured oak top, with twin drop leaves, each supported by a gateleg hinged within the substructure. One drawer with brass pull handles within one end of the frieze. The substructure consisting of turned supports with square stretchers, raised in turned ball feet.

A charming table, full of character and ready for use.

Dimensions:

This table measures approximately 70 cm (27.5") tall, 114.5 cm (45") wide leaves up, and 40 cm (15.75") wide leaves down, 96 cm (37.75") deep.

Condition:

Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This table is in reasonably good condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally sound and sturdy. Good colour, pleasing patina, and a good polish. Some marks and blemishes. Later feet and brass handle. Ready for use. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
