Marylebone Antiques has dated this piece to the 1910s.
It is of superb quality and is a very useful size. The single drawer has lovely brass handles and fine, hand cut dovetailed joints.
This has beautiful carving all around the top edges and down the edges of the legs, the lower edge of the drawers is also very nicely shaped.
We have had this recently re-polished, the condition is excellent for its age. There is just some minor wear remaining beneath the polish here and there, commensurate for age.
