Beautiful late 18th century French Louis XVI console.
It dates from around 1780.
It has its wonderful ornate painted gesso on wood frame with lovely floral and ribbon detail and elegant Louis XVI legs.
It has its curved, thick white marble top with no cracks.
Consoles look beautiful in a hallway or lounge. They are screwed to the wall through the holes in the wooden frame underneath the frame.
