Heathcote Antiques - S.A Webster has dated this piece to the 1750s.
The table has an elm base with a super pine lift off top. 3 plank top with cleated ends Has just been scrubbed for years.
The elm base has had numerous coats of paint.
The legs have been scarfed probably 100 years ago. It has a single drawer to one end. There are also signs of a centre stretcher it had at some time.
This table with its slight alterations has a really good look.
