Description

Burr walnut wind out table with two original leaves on carved cabriole legs It winds in and out well and can make a small table o no ly 140 cm long up to a table 232 cm long. It retains its original winding handle It has its original finish with a few marks/wear to the polish (see photographs) underneath is a makers label for Charles Walker and sons Harrogate. The chairs consist of six original Charles Walker chairs on carved cabriole legs with blue hide drop in seats. The leather is original and has no tears or holes but a couple of the seats show signs of cracking This has been treated with hide cream. The previous owner commissioned two carver chairs to be made to match the six dining chairs at a cost of over £2000 They are carved and made to match the dining chairs even down to the blue hide drop in seats
