Internally there are slots for the extra original brass table forks to rest when not in use. The table is raised on fine ring turned legs on original brass cup castors.

A totally original period table, in good working condition; cleaned, waxed and ready for use.

This table measures approximately 75 cm (29.5") tall, 106 cm (42") wide, 124.5 cm (49") long when unextended, and 176 cm (69") when extended. The leaf measures approximately 51 cm (20").

Condition:
Please see the pictures for details of the items condition. - This table is in a very good original condition, commensurate with its age, and is structurally sound and sturdy. There are some odd marks and blemishes in keeping with its age and use; including a couple of small old scratches to the top, but now well polished in, and bruises to the legs. Sliding mechanism and castors are all original and working well. No obvious signs of repair. Good colour, polish and patina. - As with all vintage & antique furniture there will be signs of use, marks, wear & tear, etc.
