Description

This table is a Victorian fold-over top mahogany Card Table with hidden inner storage compartment. The serpentine shaped upper section is raised upon elegant cabriole legs.

In closed form the table works well as a small sofa table or as a serving table. The table opens to reveal a fine baize and is supported with the rear section sliding backwards to form a solid and stylish piece with supporting legs at each corner.

This table is a good example and it has been well cared.

The whole table looks charming and enjoys the benefit of detailed carvings at the top of each leg and centered in the front rail.

Overall a fabulous piece that looks great and functions very well.
