Description

George III mahogany sewing table. Hinged top and two boxwood strung false drawer fronts over a single drawer fitted with brass axehead handles and kite shaped bone escutcheons. Raised on tapering square legs with spade feet. The lockable top opens to reveal a pull-up pin which locks the drawer. With key. Circa 1790.
