Description

This 19thC French Mahogany Gueridon Marble Topped Table is both stylish and very practical. The substantial base, standing on carved paw feet, that neatly conceal the castors, combines with good sized carved brackets that along with the rest of the base are veneered in well-chosen flame Mahogany veneer, leading to the elegantly shaped centre column.

The rim underneath the top is also veneered in well figured Flame Mahogany. The extra thick grey and white marble top, is not only very well figured, but also benefits from some impressive moulding to it.

Presented in excellent condition, with the Mahogany a beautiful warm subtle hue that works so well with the Marble top. Being of a decent size, this table would work in so many areas of the home, and the marble top adds so much practicality to the piece and would certainly be much admired.
