Description

Edwardian Good Quality Inlaid Rosewood 5 Drawer Ladies Writing Table. The bow breakfront leather lined top having a double strung edge and double strung side edges. The bowfront mahogany lined central drawer having shaped lower edge with line inlaid frame around a pair of brass knob handles flanking foliate scroll and ribbon tied inlays. This flanked by double strung stiles and 4 short drawers again with stringing and brass knob handles. All flanked by panels of ribbon tied trailing acanthus inlays with outline stringing. A satinwood banding around the top of the strung square tapered legs on brass and ceramic castors. The sides also having stringing and the back has a polished finish.
