Andros Antiques has dated this piece to the 1930s.
The black glass circular top is edged with a decorative fretted gallery, to keep everything contained and stop items rolling off. There is some slight tarnishing to the brass in places, along with small surface scratches to the glass top, as to be expected of a piece of this age.
