Edwards & Roberts

A fine quality late Victorian satinwood and marquetry inlaid bijouterie display table of large size. The rectangular glazed top with inlaid scrolling border & rosewood cross banding, opening to reveal a relined interior, with glazed sides, standing on four square section tapering legs ending in brass caps and castors. The legs headed by inlaid urns with Garry husk drops below, the whole with fine ebony & boxwood stringing. Fine condition. Retaining part of label for ‘Edwards & Roberts’.
