Elegant early C19th Regency period mahogany ‘tilt-top’ breakfast table .

Rectangular figured mahogany breakfast dining table of practical scale and proportions. The gently rounded corner single-piece mahogany top with a reeded profile edge.

Raised on a turned central pillar support onto four swept reeded ‘sabre’ legs terminating with corresponding reeded flush-fitting box-toe brass castors. The tilting top fitted with the original lacquered brass mechanism.

In excellent original condition with a rich colour and patina. Minor historic marks , stains and dents to top , commensurate with age, use and purpose. No breaks , repairs or damage to the legs .
