Description

This is a beautifully carved and inlaid Moorish or Islamic table of the type retailed by Liberty and company in their Eastern Bazzar from around 1885. The table is in remarkable condition with all the intricate very finely carved panels intact and without damage or repairs. The top surface has a lovely golden colour and is decoratively inlaid with a brass foliate design. The table is a good size measuring 61 cms high by 60 cms in diameter and dates from the early 20th century circa 1910.
